Customers describe what they need and get the finished work back, usually within 24 hours: websites and landing pages, clickable iOS, Android and web app prototypes, working web apps, website chatbots, pitch decks, business plans, CVs, social media content, faceless short videos, ad packs, audits, reports and more. Work is made by an AI production system to a written standard and checked automatically, with free revisions for 30 days. Customers pay with prepaid credit bundles; there is no subscription.

How does OutsourceHub24 work?
Tell us about your business once, choose a service, answer a few short questions, and see the exact price before you submit. Most jobs are delivered within 24 hours. Free revisions are included: any changes you ask for are made after delivery, so they're not part of the 24 hours. You pay with credits.
Who makes the work?
Made by our AI production system to a written standard for its type, and checked automatically. Work our checks flag is reviewed by our team, and jobs that fail our checks are held for a full AI rebuild before delivery. Our team sets those standards and answers your questions. Check the finished work before you rely on it or publish it.
How do I get started?
Create an account and buy a bundle of credits (the Starter Bundle is the smallest), then use them on any job. Every job shows its price in credits before you order, and you can get the whole payment back within 48 hours if you haven't used any of its credits.
What can I order?

Putting your work online
Do you host my website or chatbot?
No. Websites, landing pages, store sites, chatbots and app prototypes are files you publish on your own web hosting, so they keep working without us and you're never tied to us. Every one comes with a step-by-step guide written for people who aren't technical.
Can you put it online for me?
Yes. Choose Set it up for me on the job page (200 credits) and our team publishes it in your own hosting account, connects your contact form and adds your chatbot. We'll message you on the job page to arrange temporary access: never send your main password, create a separate login for us instead.
How does the contact form on my website work?
Until you connect a form service, a visitor's message opens their own email app, addressed to you. For messages sent straight from the page, get a free Access Key from web3forms.com (it takes two minutes), paste it on your job page under Contact form, then upload the updated files. Messages go straight to you.
How does my chatbot work?
It answers from the questions and answers you gave us, on your own website, with nothing to pay each month. If you chose smart AI answers, it can also answer in its own words using your own AI key on your own hosting; the AI company bills you directly, and it falls back to your FAQ answers if the AI isn't available.
Is an app prototype a finished app?
No. It's a working demonstration you can click through and install from a web page, plus a detailed build plan for a developer. If you don't have a developer, choose the full app, built by our team, before you order: it costs 10 times the prototype's credits and takes longer than 24 hours.
Credits and billing
How are credits priced?
Each service has a base cost plus extra credits for complexity (more pages, slides, posts…). The estimate updates as you answer.
How much does a job cost?
Every job shows its price in credits before you order. For example, a CV starts at 220 credits (with its cover letter) and a multi-page website at 800 credits. You buy credits in bundles: Starter $66.99 for 400 credits, Business $125.49 for 800 credits, Outsource $312.49 for 2,100 credits. There is no limit on the number of jobs: you spend credits, and when they run out you top up or buy another bundle.
What are the quality levels?
Every job is made at our highest quality level, whatever bundle you buy: the most AI planning, research, writing and review work, an independent second review by a different AI model, and a final check by our team on larger jobs. Bigger bundles give you more credits at a lower price per credit, plus extras such as team seats, bulk ordering and Automation.
Do credits expire?
Only if you don't use your account. Credits expire after 12 months with no activity on your account (no job ordered and no credits bought). Ordering a job or buying credits restarts the clock. We remind you by email in the last week of the 11th month and again in the second week of the 12th month, and on WhatsApp too if you switch that on under Account → Profile (optional). These reminders are about your balance, so the emails are always sent and can’t be switched off. When credits expire, the whole remaining balance is removed and can’t be restored or refunded. Credits & billing always shows the date your credits would expire.
Can I buy just the credits I need?
Yes, after your first bundle. You can top up any number of credits from $25 at your last bundle's rate, from Credits & billing or straight from a job that needs more. Before that, start with a bundle.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 48 hours of buying a bundle or a top-up, if you haven't used any of its credits, refund the whole payment to your card from Credits & billing. Once a job has been created with a payment's credits, that payment can't be refunded, including any credits left over after the job. After that, or once those credits have been used, payment refunds are special cases handled by our team. Credits themselves are never cashed out.
Where are my receipts?
Every payment has a printable receipt, linked from the payment notification and from Credits & billing.
Jobs
What are Faceless Reels?
Three ready-to-post short vertical videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with no one on camera: moving text over stock footage or slides in your brand colours, a voiceover in the voice you choose (press Listen to hear each one) and background music. You also get a cover image, a caption with hashtags and a subtitles file for each video, plus a step-by-step posting guide. It's a fixed price for all three, it appears under New job once you've placed your first order, and it takes up to 3 days.
What if I need changes?
Free revisions for 30 days (fair use): ask for changes from the job page for 30 days after delivery, as long as they stay within your original brief, up to 5 a day. A revision changes the finished work (for example wording, details or layout); it isn't a whole new version made from scratch. The job page shows how much of the job's revision allowance you've used. Revision time never counts against your delivery time.
What if my job is late?
Most jobs are delivered within 24 hours. Free revisions are included: any changes you ask for are made after delivery, so they're not part of the 24 hours. Bigger jobs show their delivery time before you order. The job page shows an estimate as your job moves through the queue. If a job is taking longer than you need, message us on the job page; a job still waiting in your queue can be cancelled for a full credit return.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Our Confidentiality & NDA terms apply automatically to every customer: we keep your briefs, files and finished work confidential, we never use them to train AI models, and we never show your work as a sample without your permission. If you need a countersigned copy, contact us.

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Go to Account → Security and follow the steps with any authenticator app.
How do I download or delete my data?
Account → Privacy lets you download everything we hold about you or delete (close) your account. To delete one job's files, open the job and choose Delete this job's files (account owners and managers). To have your personal data erased as well, contact us and we will do it for you within 30 days.
