Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

OutsourceHub24 is a trading name of Marketercore Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13420440), registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

These terms are an agreement between you and Marketercore Ltd ("we", "us") for the OutsourceHub24 website, apps and services. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What we provide

OutsourceHub24 makes digital work for businesses and individuals, for example CVs, landing pages, websites, chatbots, pitch decks, reports, plans and content. It is made by our AI production system and checked automatically. Our AI service providers process your briefs on our behalf under contract, and they don't use your content to train their models. We don't provide physical goods, printing, shipping or in-person services, and we don't give legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. Everything we make is a draft for you to check before you rely on it or publish it.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Turn on two-factor authentication for extra protection.
  • One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free credits (for example referral rewards) is not allowed.

3. Credits and payments

  • Work is paid for with credits, bought in bundles (Starter Bundle, Business Bundle, Outsource Bundle) and, after your first bundle, top-ups. Prices include card and bank fees. Any tax that applies is shown, with the total, before you pay.
  • Each job's credit cost is shown before you submit it. Credits are held while a job waits and used when it's delivered. There is no limit on the number of jobs: each job simply uses credits, and when you run low you can top up or buy another bundle.
  • Quality: every job is made at our highest quality level, whatever bundle you buy (or none): the most AI planning, research, writing and review work, an independent second review by a different AI model, and a final check by our team on larger jobs. Bundles differ in credits, price and features, not quality.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Auto top-up is off unless you turn it on. If you do, we charge your saved card for the option you chose whenever a job you submit needs more credits than you have, and you get a notification each time. You can turn it off at any time.
  • Bonus, coupon, referral and any other free credits have no cash value: they can be spent on jobs but are never refunded or cashed out.
  • Credits expire after 12 months with no activity. Activity means ordering a job or buying credits, and either one restarts the clock. We remind you by email in the last week of the 11th month and again in the second week of the 12th month, and on WhatsApp too if you switch that on under Account → Profile (optional). These reminders are about your balance, so the emails are always sent and can’t be switched off. When credits expire, the whole remaining balance is removed and can’t be restored or refunded.
  • Referrals: invite a friend with your link. They get 10% off the price of their first bundle, and when they buy it you earn 20% of its credits (for example 100 credits for a 500-credit bundle). The reward shows as pending and is added once their 48-hour refund window has passed; it's cancelled if they refund. Inviting yourself (a second account, the same device or network) doesn't count, and we may cancel rewards we believe were gained unfairly.
  • Coupons: our team may send you a coupon for free credits. It works once, only on your account, within 90 days.

4. Delivery and the 24-hour clock

  • Most jobs are delivered within 24 hours of you submitting a complete brief. Some bigger jobs have a longer delivery time in days, shown before you order and on the job page. The clock pauses while we wait for your answers or approval, and during revisions.
  • Delivery time: most jobs are delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief; bigger jobs show their delivery time before you order. Revisions are included free under our revision terms; they are made after delivery, so the time a revision takes is not part of the delivery time. Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee: a job that takes longer isn't refunded for being late. Jobs ordered before 7 October 2026 keep the first-job guarantee that applied when they were ordered.

Revisions (fair use)

  • Free revisions for 30 days (fair use): every job includes free revisions while they change, fix or improve the work you asked for in your original brief. A revision is a change to the finished work (for example wording, details or layout), not a whole new version made from scratch. Your 24-hour clock stays paused during revisions.
  • Revisions are available for 30 days after the job is first delivered, one at a time, with no daily limit, until the job's fair-use revision allowance is used.
  • A request for something new (a different kind of work, or the same work for another business, person or product) is a new job, and we’ll show you its price first. If you think we got that wrong, you can ask our team to check it.
  • Some revision requests get a quick check by our team before they start, and the job page tells you when that happens.
  • Each job's revisions are covered up to a fair-use allowance based on the job's price, and the job page shows how much of it you've used. Once a job reaches it, further changes are made as a new job, and we'll show you the price first. We never charge for a revision.
  • A job whose credits were refunded can no longer be revised.

5. Refunds

  • Queued jobs can be cancelled at any time for a full credit return to your balance. Failed jobs return their credits automatically.
  • You can upgrade to a bigger bundle at any time. Once you've started using the credits from your current bundle, or when a job you're submitting needs more credits than you have, you can top up or buy another bundle (bigger, the same or smaller).
  • After your first bundle you can top up from $25 at your last bundle's rate (its price divided by its credits, rounded up to the nearest cent or penny).
  • If you change your mind, any payment (a bundle or a top-up) can be refunded in full to your original payment method within 48 hours of buying it, provided none of the credits it bought have been used. Do it yourself from Credits & billing; the purchase is then cancelled. A bundle can be refunded once any top-ups bought after it at its rate have been refunded.
  • You ask us to start work straight away, at checkout or when you turn on auto top-up, and you confirm it by ticking a box. Credits spent on jobs can't be refunded. Credits spent on a job and later returned to your balance (for example when you cancel a queued job) count as used.
  • Once a job has been created with a payment's credits, that payment can't be refunded, including any credits left over after the job.
  • Credits themselves are never refunded or cashed out. After 48 hours, or once any credits from a payment have been used, payments are refunded only in special cases handled by our team.
  • See our Refund Policy for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, infringing or harmful, including fake reviews or documents, impersonation, malware, spam, or content that sexualises minors. Our work is made with AI tools whose providers have their own usage rules, so the same limits apply to every request. We may refuse requests, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity.

  • Requests we can't make are refused when you submit them, before any credits are used.
  • Some topics are checked by our team first, for example regulated products (such as weapons, cannabis, vaping, gambling or medicines), health or money-making claims, and political content. The job waits, with its 24-hour clock paused, until it's cleared, usually within one business day.
  • If we decline a request after checking it, the job is cancelled and all its credits are returned.
  • Accounts with repeated refused requests are reviewed by our team and may be suspended.

7. Your content and ownership

  • You keep ownership of what you give us. You grant us the rights needed to produce and deliver your work.
  • When a job is delivered and paid for, the finished work is yours to use commercially. AI output may resemble other material; check anything important (for example trademarks and facts) before publishing.

Websites, chatbots and apps run on your own hosting

  • Websites, landing pages, store sites, chatbots and app prototypes are delivered as files that you publish on your own web hosting (or website). We don't host them, and once published they keep working without us.
  • Your web hosting, domain name and any AI key you use (for example for your chatbot's smart answers) are your own accounts with those companies, who bill you directly. We're not responsible for their availability, downtime, security or costs.
  • Each of these jobs comes with a step-by-step guide. If you choose Set it up for me (200 credits), our team publishes the work in your own account using temporary access you give us. Never give us your main password; remove our access once we've finished. You stay responsible for your accounts.
  • Contact forms send messages through a form service you sign up for (or the visitor's own email app), and chatbots answer from the questions and answers you gave us. Messages and chats don't pass through us.

App prototypes and full app builds

  • An app prototype is a working demonstration you can click through, plus a build plan for a developer. It is not a finished app and isn't published in any app store.
  • If you choose the full app, built for me by your team before ordering, the job costs 10 times the prototype's credits. Our AI makes the prototype and build plan first; our team then builds the finished app and agrees the timeline with you in the job messages. The delivery time shown before you order covers the prototype and build plan only.

Faceless Reels

  • Faceless Reels are three short vertical videos (for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) with no one on camera, for a fixed price in credits. For more videos, order the job again.
  • Anyone can order them, and they take up to 3 days: they aren't part of the 24-hour delivery.
  • The voiceover is made with a synthetic voice (our own voice engine), not a real person. Stock footage comes from Pexels and background music from libraries whose licences allow use in videos; where a track needs a credit, we include it in the caption and credits file, and you should keep it in your post.
  • Check every word, claim and detail before posting. You're responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's rules.
  • A revision remakes only the videos that change; changes to the captions or hashtags leave the videos as they are.

You can build your own AI agents in your workspace’s AI Agents section, use our ready-made ones, and (if you choose) put an agent on a public chat link or on your own website as a chat widget.

Credits. Agent conversations use credits: 1 credit for every 3 messages your agent sends, whether the conversation is with you, your team or your website's visitors. The rate is shown in AI Agents before you switch an agent on, and we'll tell you before it changes. Your credits pay for every message your public link and widget answer. You can set a daily credit limit for each agent. When your balance runs out, your public agents stop answering and offer visitors a form to leave their details instead; inside your account, agents stop until you add credits. Low-balance emails are sent at 20% and when credits run out. Auto top-up (if you turn it on) buys credits automatically when your agents run out. Test chats while you build an agent are free for up to 30 replies a day.

You're responsible for your agents. You decide what your agent knows (its instructions and the documents you give it) and where it's used. Before you publish an agent, and from time to time after, you must check its answers, including with the test questions we suggest. You must tell your visitors that they're talking to an AI. Our widget and chat page always say so, and you must not hide or remove that notice.

AI can make mistakes. Agents are made with AI models. However carefully they're set up, they can misunderstand a question or give wrong, incomplete or out-of-date information. By default your agent answers questions about prices, availability, opening times, policies and other facts only from the documents you give it, and offers to take the visitor's details when it doesn't know. You can't turn this off for public agents. We don't guarantee that any answer is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, and we aren't responsible for decisions made on the basis of an agent's answers.

What agents may not be used for. Don't use an agent to give medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice; to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example hiring, credit or housing); to collect payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers; for anything listed under Acceptable use; or to impersonate a real person. Agents refuse these topics, and we may switch off an agent or a public link that breaks these terms.

Your visitors and your data. For the conversations your public agents have, you are the controller of your visitors' personal data and we are your processor. The data processing terms below apply.

Our liability for agents. Our liability for agents and their answers is part of the limit in section 9. On top of that limit, our total liability for agents is capped at the credits you used on agent conversations in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to cover (indemnify) us for claims by your visitors or others that arise from how you set up or used your agent, the documents you gave it, or a breach of this section.

Availability. We host your agents and aim to keep them running, but we don't promise they'll always be available. If the chat service is down, your website keeps working and the chat bubble simply doesn't appear.

Data processing terms (agents' conversations)

These terms apply when your public agents talk to your visitors. They form part of these Terms of Service and are intended to meet Article 28 of the UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR where it applies).

  • What we process: the messages your visitors send and your agent's replies, any details visitors choose to leave (such as name, email and phone), the page the chat was opened on, and a random conversation identifier. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies in the widget.
  • Why: only to run your agent: answering visitors, saving the conversation and leads for you, preventing abuse, and billing. We act only on your instructions (these terms and your agent's settings).
  • Our AI service providers (we'll tell you who they are on request) receive the conversation to write each reply. They process it on our behalf under contract and don't use it to train their models. Hosting is by Amazon Web Services in London. We'll tell you before we add or replace a sub-processor, and you can object by switching off your public agents.
  • Confidentiality and security: our staff and processors are bound by confidentiality. Conversations are kept apart from other customers' data, encrypted in transit and protected by access controls. We'll tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware where we can, of any personal data breach affecting your visitors.
  • Retention: conversations and leads are deleted automatically after the period you choose for each agent (3, 6 or 12 months; 12 by default), and when you delete the agent or your account. You can export them at any time.
  • Requests from your visitors: you handle your visitors' requests (for example access or deletion). Your inbox lets you find, export and delete a visitor's conversations. If you need more help, ask us and we'll assist.
  • International transfers: where a sub-processor handles data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) apply.
  • Audits: we'll give you the information you reasonably need to show these terms are met.
  • Your duties: you must have a lawful basis for your agent's conversations, give your visitors a privacy notice that mentions the chat (our widget links to it if you add its address in the agent's settings), and not instruct your agent to collect special category data (such as health information) or children's data.

8. Confidentiality and no AI training

  • We keep your briefs, files and finished work confidential, and only use them to produce, deliver, support and secure your jobs.
  • We never use your content to train AI models, and our AI service providers process it on our behalf under contract without using it to train theirs.
  • We never show your work as a sample or in our marketing without your permission.
  • Our Confidentiality & NDA terms apply automatically to every customer and form part of these terms.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Suspension and closure

You can delete (close) your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: support@outsourcehub24.com.
